Because they try and operate the same site with several states it is like reading a bad novel to figure out where the information relevant to your area and your student is at on the website. Scheduling is an absolute joke, if you don't login on the day the times are released it becomes really hard to get times, you also can only book two lessons at a time if you are lucky. They have a default of 2 weeks to schedule them apart which means for 4 plus months you are managing this process. I just called to schedule the road test thru them yesterday and the phones were down for the day, called back today at noon and they don't take calls during lunch. finally got someone on the phone after 10 minutes and they informed me i can only book the road test if i have his permit in front of me. They make this way too difficult and for the money makes it even worse that they have such bad technology to support a process that does not help the customer at all. In summary look for other places that offer these services because this one is not consumer friendly. Pat

It gave the summer a focus, she had a really positive experience when she wasn't worried about school and sports and she had lots of driving with Mom and Dad before she turned 16. If you can afford it and the timing doesn't work out in your normal HS, this is a really good alternative.

This poor kid is not driving because her first lesson was an experience of terror! I told the instructor that she does not have much experience driving on busy roads, just neighborhood and back roads, that it may be advisable to start there. I booked lessons on Sunday mornings so the traffic would be light. This crazy instructor takes her onto the busy intersection on Division street , where there are semi trucks entering/leaving the highway! Then she takes her down route 50 north, more trucks, then she has her make a u-turn on the railroad tracks by the Will County Fairgrounds in Peotine, and head back south on Rt. 50 to Manteno. Upon returning my daughter looked stressed like she wanted to cry, her hands were shaking! The instructor told me she's a bit rough and needs more practice. The minute she got in my car she started sobbing and told me what happened! How she could hardly breathe and was terrified she'd get into an accident! But managed to keep it together. That the car was dirty, and sticky, and there was garbage in it! I wanted to call and complain, but she didn't want me to, fearing retaliation on her next lesson. There never was a next lesson, she was afraid to go back. It's been almost three years and she's afraid to drive. Very expensive, money lost.
