My daughters have attended since infants and the staff has always treated them like their own. The center is clean and well organized. The teachers take pride in their classes, and genuinely care for their students. Horrible daycare! I would highly recommend that you look into the other daycares in the area before looking into this one. My experience is a year with KinderCare has been nothing but stressful!! the only reason it took me this long because all the other daycares were full. I would pick my son up and he would be dirty and wet even though I brought enough clothes for him to be changed, they have sent somebody else's clothes with him before and we have no idea what happened to his, When he was a little younger I picked him up with two bibs one on top of the other bc they are too lazy to take the dirty wet one off , I once got a call from ms.Ashley telling me that my child is unconscious! after scaring the hell out me she really meant that he took a nap and he was in deep sleep. They once called me to pick up my son because he would not take a nap and they needed to take a break. Every single day when I pick up my son he's crying for water bc they never give them water. One of the teachers has a child in the class and she's constantly comparing her kid to my son and comparing our parenting style.(super unprofessional) she has even mentioned before that it was not worth becoming a daycare teacher and last week she labeled my two year old son as "snotty" and that was the end of it for me. Every time I voiced my concerns to the Director Anita she would brush me off by being "customer service"by that I mean she would say " I am so sorry to hear that, I will talk to them" things will be good for like two days before going back to nasty normal. Either she didn't do much about it or the teachers do not respect her enough. There many more incidents but I can't list them all. Class is maxed out with kids who are not being taken care of and not enough teachers. 320$-350 weekly for this daycare is not worth it, I would gladly pay that to a daycare with teachers who actually love kids and not to a daycare with teachers who work there for the discount they get for their kids. Do not bring your child here. When my baby first attended he got terrible diaper rash to the point of bleeding because of this place. It got so bad I had to take off of work. He started attending when he turned 8 months old and had NEVER had a diaper rash before attending kindercare. The reason we stayed with kindercare as long as we did was because there weren't any other openings. Accidents would happend and I wouldn't find out about them until I noticed bruises on my child. Most of them look like they hate their job. I even observed an infant child screaming for the 4-5mins I was there. And no one seemed to have a sense of urgency to pick up the poor baby laying on the ground screaming to the top of her lungs. As I was walking out mom walked in and picked up her crying baby. The caretaker claimed that her excessive crying was due to a stomach problem. The mom quickly picked up a bottle and gave it to her baby and the baby immediately stopped crying, which leads me to believe she was simply hungry. Lastly, a friends baby attended kindercare years ago for only one week. Within that week her 10 month old comtracted pink eye and spread it to her. She consequently had to take off work too. There are some good people there, however the system seems to disorganized and they seem to be understaffed putting pressure on everyone working there. The Kindercare staff is so caring and work very well with the kids. When you have questions they are very responsive and they work to get you the info you need. My son loves going to daycare each day and most days he doesn't want to leave. I love hearing about the new things that he's learning about each day. The new app that lets me see what goes on in his day is awesone. I love the videos and pictures that get posted. Thank you to the great ladies that keep that place running smoothly. This place is awful. I if anyone has their children in this place I would talk to your child about how they are being treated or talked while at this place. First of all today would have been my child's first day so I brought in the packet and had a check, everything ready to go. So I myself could get to my class on time. Well I was not even acknowledged for at least 15 minutes. I can understand the lady in the office was having some sort of meeting but if they have time to talk about the song baby shark she could have said something to me! Anyways while waiting I was listening to one of the teachers talking to what seemed to be the 2 to 3 year olds and it was like she was shaming them. So if your considering this place I would be aware of that they do not talk to their kids very nice. Oh and every teacher or personnel that walked passed did not acknowledge us either. My child was only there for a short time but I really liked their program. the teachers were nice. My son also enjoyed the classroom and the play time outside. you can always call to see how they are doing during the day, they were very supportive. They have about 3 teachers in one classroom which is comforting. The only issue I had was the tuition. Which is standard for daycare, it just isn't something I was able to handle. read more

My baby started here when she was 1. Every day for about a month she cried when I dropped her off. Little did she know is that I would see her through the little window and as soon as I would leave she would stop crying ha. After that transition, she never cried again. The teachers were all so great Ms. Tanya was her favorite when she first started. When she turned 2 she was transitioned to the 2 year old room. Ms. Stephanie and Ms. Denise were oh so great with her. We moved and so she had to switch. She misses her old school so much. The new daycare is okay. Nothing beats her experience at Kindercare in Palos Hills. She still talks about her old school all the time. All the teachers are great! Ms. Tanya, Ms. Stephy, Ms. Denise, Ms. Ruby, Ms. Tasha., Ms. Toya and Ms. Danielle, thank you so much guys for being so good to my little baby. Oh, and Ms. Stephy the real MVP for doing her hair on picture day. read more

Per his primary care physician it was recommended he started a learning program. My son just finished his part time learning at this center. I was very worried for him because he is delayed. He wasn't potty trained fully and he lacked communication skills. His first month I was afraid the staff would lose patience with him or he would be disruptive. I had the fear that eventually they would inform me this may not be the place for him. I enrolled him because they were accredited as well as flexible with my work schedule. I had to prepare him for pre k at cps. He has evolved so much since he started. He was part of the pre k 4 year old program. His teachers were Ms. Dawn and Ms. Sarah. My son had a liking to Ms. Sarah and always said after school I like Sarah. Even though he was behind his speech little comments like that assured me he was in great care. When I asked Ms. Dawn or Ms Sarah about his day they were thorough with their report which I appreciated. I also received pictures of him in school. Playing on water day, sitting in front of a firetruck, working on projects. One day I picked him up but I was allowed to let him stay a little longer to enjoy little things like when they rented motor animals or eating ice cream. When we would leave teachers that weren't in his class knew him by name which I found very comforting. The director Ms Aneta is very nice and I see her always in action. Kind and accommodating if permissible. They have variety of learning. He came home speaking spanish one day and another day surprised me by performing a yoga routine he learned and memorized! Overall i highly recommend this location. I hope to enroll him next summer. read more

Dirty Environment! My child leaves in soaking wet clothes. Very unfriendly staff with a director that just hides behind her desk. Don't dare make a complaint about any of the staff they will turn your life up side down. read more
