Professional, nice and felt very comfortable letting him into our home. Completed work while we were out of town and came out amazing. Decided to rent house out after moving down the street and contacted Marc as i had a ton of holes after Best buy took down all the tvs, random picture holes, etc. Marc came in and it looked brand new, tenants very happy. Now coming to do some patchwork at new house after having some lights installed even though much smaller job. Always responsive even if busy with lots of jobs but worth the wait. Thanks!

They explained they were short-staffed and that the estimator had gotten sick. Two weeks passed. The estimator finally called and wanted to come out again because he couldn't remember which house we were. After jogging his memory, he said that the estimate would be forthcoming. Another two weeks passed with nothing. I then called the office and was told they were still pending on bids for materials from subcontractors. Another two weeks passed. Today I just got from a different person at Voss saying that they were still waiting on those bids for materials. If just the estimate takes this long, with such poor communication, I can't imagine how they would be once the actual job started.

I was told 1. they don't put up 4x8 sheets of beadboard (basically panelling), 2. my only choice is drywall, and 3. they don't do that either and will be subcontracting it out. I met with and received estimates for painting the interior of the house from 6 painting companies. I chose Perfect Painting & Repairs because they gave the best presentation of what they would do. Robbie (one of the owners) came out to see what we wanted and really knew her stuff. We agreed on a time for them to come out and start the job. There was an estimated 4 days of work to paint the house and garage. There is a crew of 4, including owner Ken. They each had jobs and worked seamlessly. They were able to finish in 2 1/2 days which was wonderful. Some of the hardest things they had to do was paint a room that had a huge dark area where a large desk sat that the previous owner just painted around instead of moving it. They were able to blend it perfectly so you can't tell where it was. The next was they replaced a baseboard that had damage and painted so you would never know. They also patched a hole in the wall where a light was removed. The last were deep scratches across a pocket door into the main closet. All of these problem areas were repaired perfectly. I highly recommend Perfect Painting & Repair. They were right on time and were there when they said they would. They did excellent at both the painting and the repair they did for us. They, also, cleaned and vacuumed after finishing the job. Every worker-Makaiah, Shane and Jorge were all great guys. I would happily have them back!

We even had a few poorly patched areas on our wall, which is textured, and they patched all the holes and added the texture so it matched - we can't even tell where the patching was done. The company came recommended they were prompt, got the bid and started very quickly. I knew the…read moreprice would be higher then expected because of the prep work, which was extensive as our home is older. The back of the house and one side that had T11 was done exactly as it was to be done. The front and side that had lap siding which was where the majority of prep was done we knew would be not as nice, but I expected it to be completed and was not. The workers worked very hard and is why I hate not leaving a great review, which is what I intended. The day they finished I had to leave and did not fully inspect and I should have. It was a busy weekend as well, so I did not notice and issue until three days later. The Gable on one side is painted the other is not. It just the base. In the front and side 4 windows did not have trim. I had already paid, and again my mistake for not doing a full walk around. The did only two in the front not 4, I had to paint the other two myself with the paint that was left. I am not sure what happened. They painted one, skipped one painted another and skipped the next one, the front after realizing it was really bad. That is a stagged paint skip paint skip. ??? The other side where the Gable is, was not painted also has no trim around the windows, ( see pics)and I can not paint those now until its cooler. The Gable is not possible with what I have to do it. Very disappointed, they bid higher then anyone else, but due to solid referral. I thought would be worth the extra. The windows are all the same design and frame, so skipping them made no sense. The one star is only because the gable issue and 4 window trims. Of which two I completed myself. The gable is not specifically listed in the contract, yet it was prepped and base painted, just not the same color trimmed as the one on the other end of the house, which is trim colored??? I speculate a break down of inspecting their work. They had left during the job to do larger jobs, then mine which was fine. But now I feel like my house was a after thought, even though the whole house was to have the exterior painted. I also have lived in the area long enough to know, that it does no good to complain about services once paid. I am embarrassed to even tell the guy that referred us, who was from a major business in the county. But we also paid allot to have the work completed and it was not ,and that is why the one star. Had all the work been done this would have been a 5 star review. But I feel I did not get what I paid for. We knew it would not be perfect, but were expecting completed and they missed too much to rate them higher. Lesson learned inspect before paying anyone. It is quite sad the companies today, paying these prices. One would expect it to be finish.
