He doesn't keep receipts, doesn't invoice regularly, definitely does NOT check the irrigation systems regularly to ensure the landscaping is cared for properly, and, when the ground is bone dry and the plants are in distress because the irrigation system isn't working, he doesn't notice. At least three times over the past year, my 72-year old husband has had to figure out how to fix it, go buy the parts, and do the work himself. This is not acceptable. We do recommend him. That is very unfortunate because he is a charming man with a twinkle in his eyes. We've switched to a tacouple, Angie Arnold and Shauntin Thigpin, who do absolutely superb work. 8.15.19 Sebastian put in a brick patio at our home. Unfortunately he did not do proper preparation before laying the brick: no excavation, no root guard, no sand, no gravel, no granite, no weed cloth - just dirt with brick on top of it.
