The proprietor and I quickly reviewed the performance and security problems arising (resulting from a trending computer scam; he sees these at least once each day. OK...so I was in Omaha for less than a week when the screen on my Surface Pro 4 bulged open in one corner from a bad battery. I ordered and had overnight-ed a battery replacement, took the screen off and started to dismantle to remove the old battery but quickly decided this job was too complex for me.
