I approved the bid for a trim on four large oaks with one oak (our neighbors) requiring a few larger branches removed. This is not what I got. Two trees were cut very high, a few larger branches were removed from our neighbors tree (he's the one that brought the error to my attention), and the 4th tree was not touched at all. This business advertises 'customer satisfaction guaranteed'. Dustin was supposed to stop by our home. If he did, he never knocked on our door to discuss this matter. Communication was minimal.
