I picked out the fabric and my name was put on a list. I didn't get an email, and I left messages at Tony's two times but didn't get a return call. I finally went by Tony's and was told that the lady I had been working with wasn't in and that she would call me as soon as she arrived. You guessed it. I never got a call. That has been three days ago. Just be aware that they may do good work, but they don't do what they say they are going to do. It is now April 12.

The Volvo seemed perfect--especially because the seat felt comfortable enough for her bad back when she test drove it. They had refinished some other pieces for me and seemed to be in tune with what I wanted.
