Even the cash machine located outside is located so low you have to bend to see what is going on; the light on that is bad as well makes it hard to see the screen on a sunny day. Staff are helpful though but this branch needs to relocate to a bigger location to ensure customers are not going away due to queue lengths.

Whenever you go into the bank there is always a queue but their staff are quick at the counters and the queue soon disappears. Their personal bankers upstairs are also very helpful and informative in terms of what is available to you and getting your details changed in terms of moving house. They are always good at keeping contact with any changes that may happen. Another nice touch is the welcoming staff that points you in the right direction to get things done efficiently for you.

It is also a very small branch, with only one cashier person to available to serve customers. At least there is an ATM inside the branch. The service itself is satisfactory, so I can't complain but I think the environment itself could be improved. At least it is convenient for me to use (once you know where the branch is located!).

This is a small asian cash and carry near chatham high street…read more You could park and display in the medway parking lot which is tiny and the shop will pay for the ticket of its customer..or in other words it has free parking. The prices of most items are slightly higher than that in most asian shops in the area but the plus point is that it has so many small small things which you wouldn't find in other asian shops. The goods are neatly arranged though there is a shortage of storage spaces. The shop has a tiny freezer section and a buthers at the far end too.
