On a road trip from LA to Dallas and I developed a problem tire that needed replaced. Came to Kent Tire and the counter gal wanted to charge me $300 for one tire for my truck!!!!! She didn't even have an all terrain tire like, let alone a BF Goodrich! I asked about another shop and she lied saying they would charge the same. I'm not as stupid as I look so I went to Dick's Tire on the other side of town and got a new tire, labor and all for $173 out the door in less than 30 minutes!!!! Kent Tires are a RIP-OFF! read more

If we could give more than 5 stars, we would. We are on a cross-country drive from California to South Carolina in an RV towing a boat and had a tire scare on hwy 20 on the boat trailer where it was almost falling off. We googled closest place for repair and are so thankful we found Kent Tires. Way way overpriced! $128 to mount and balance 4 tires! I know it's Monahans and everybody is expensive but this is ridiculous! They also can't follow simple instruction by putting all of the tires with white lettering OUT. Some of the tires are mounted correctly and some are mounted with white lettering on the inside. Service has been quick when I have gone in to have something done, tire prices are a little high but they are about the only tire place in town. I have had them both patch tires and replace tires they did the job when I needed it done. read more

These guys really do bust their a**. Yeah sometimes it's a bit of a wait, but unless you want to go to Midland or Odessa, this is the best we've got, and they do a great job. Never had any complaints here. read more

This place is total trash. Called Friday asked if they could do it that day. Said yes. Took it to them and they kept it for 2 days. Didn't replace half the items they said they was going to. Paid them the alignment was trash it drives better with the old junk parts. 1500 bucks later and I have to go to another shop. 85 bucks a hour for nothing. They literally replaced 5 things and I have to eat the rest. Total trash I don't advise going here. My buddy purchased 2 tires for 570$. It's highway robbery read more

I had a great experience with these guys!! I went place in Odessa they told me a bunch of stuff was wrong and wanted to charge me $2000!!! I was in tears and had no way to pay that, then as I was walking out the guy told me be very careful because your FD tire can fall off at anytime!!! I went to Kent Tire and told them what the other place did to me. The guy checked my car and said they lied. Walked out of Kent Tire paying less than $150. These guys were extremely nice and gave me away to save even more money!! read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, Took a vehicle in for a brake job and inspection around 9:30am and was told there was only one vehicle in front of me, when I went to pick it up at 4pm they hadn't even touched it ! Go sit down in the lobby and you would see the workers just walking around pretending to be busy. read more
