The staff always greets us when we walk in, and we can tell that the ladies caring for our little one take their job seriously and truly care for her (and the rest of the class's) well-being. They recently starting using an app that allows us to see what our little one is doing throughout the day, and they are always eager to accommodate any special needs we have (needing extra feedings, diaper changes, earlier pickup times, etc.).

Arriving just a few minutes early I was told there was not an appointment made. Not only were we not welcomed, but was never even toured as potential customers. There were maybe five employees or adults in the front office at the time and basically made us feel like we were a burden for even stepping foot inside the door. The employee that "greeted" us never once asked my child's name or acknowledged him. So I guess that was a good indicator that she wasn't in it for the right reasons. It was a terrible first impression and not a welcoming atmosphere. For this place to be a "stars" program would they treat auditors the same way?

Ms. Lashae was our primary point person during our time there and would always greet us with an excited "Good morning!" and enthusiastic remarks at the end of the day about how the day went and the progress our child was making. As first-time parents, this means so much! Getting the pictures throughout the day and updates when I would come to pick up, made me know that our toddler was cared for and nurtured so lovingly while with Ms. Lashae and Ms. Ronesha. Airin and her team were so incredible to us. Airin held our hand every step of the way with this transition to daycare for our family. I do not know how she and Julie juggle all of their responsibilities so gracefully and can be so responsive to calls and emails while also keeping the center running safely and efficiently. Huge kudos to them!!!

My son has learned so much in the year that he had gone here, and is ahead of most of his friends, thanks to Kindercare. They are excellent about keeping the center clean and their Covid protocol is top notch. The teachers really care about their students and go above and beyond to keep lines of communication open between the parents and themselves regarding the children. They also have an App. that sends up to date notifications straight to my phone with pictures of my little ones! I trust KinderCare immensely and wouldn't send my kids anywhere else!

He wants to be an auto mechanic and the school reached out immediately for a meet/greet. He has completed his finacial aide for Fall and also taking a few intro- classes. The communication is tailoered to the students, along with text alerts for meetings, student engagements, social gatherings! I found myself in a predicament…read more Sexy Beast had this ridiculous high school reunion coming up and he'd been bragging about being married to a bombshell for years. Most of the time, he's an honest man. In this case, I felt compelled to help him be able to defend that statement in a courtroom. However, I am not the sort of woman who concerns herself much with acrylic nails or makeup so I forgot to book appointments anywhere. I was reminded that I needed a good scrub and spackle a couple of days before the event and panicked. Fortunately, the people who care very much about this kind of stuff were happy to help me. In fact, they're all investing in careers in that stuff right here in this building. I called, explained what I needed, they told me when to show up, and I got done up. Now, I was a little *overdone* but that was my fault. I had no idea what to request. I looked amazing, though. Be sure to allow *plenty* of time. These are students and they are learning so they may need lots of extra time to complete the task. It also might really help to be clear about what you want.
