During my consultation, I explained that I wanted to repair a few chipped teeth and shared some of the other aspects of my smile that I had always felt self-conscious about. Dr. Benedetti took the time to truly listen, understand what I was hoping to achieve, and talk me through how he could help me get there. We ultimately decided on composite veneers, and I could not be happier with the outcome. I was initially nervous that it might take time to adjust to my new smile, but the results looked so natural that they immediately felt like they fit my face. I was beyond impressed by Dr. Benedetti's attention to detail and his commitment not only to creating a beautiful smile, but also to making sure I was completely happy with the results. He continued to check in with me and made it incredibly clear that my satisfaction truly mattered to him. I'm so glad I found Dr. Benedetti and this practice. No pre-teen gets excited about the prospect of having metal in their mouth for years, but Dr. Suffield diffused all my pre-teen angst with his cheery, positive attitude and bright smile. He was kind, caring, and always had funny jokes to tell me as he was tightening my wires--which turned what otherwise would have been an insufferable ordeal into a really pleasant experience. I cannot thank him enough for being such a wonderful orthodontist and friend to me for the 2.5 years it took to straighten my teeth. Being under his care made all of the difference for me: it helped me stay positive about the whole situation, and also helped me adhere to his guidelines and wear my retainers after my braces were taken off. Now, many years later, I'm about to graduate law school and I feel confident inside and out. Appearance isn't everything in life, but having straight teeth surely helps one feel more beautiful. He is one of the nicest, most honorable people I have ever known. He shows nothing but compassion and genuine interest in his patients oral health. My first appointment was centered around looking at my dental problems and a cleaning. The hygienist was very thorough with the X-rays, photos, and cleaning. I had never had photos before at a dentist's office and I saw my teeth in a way only dentists get to see them. She showed me the X-rays and photos and she made me feel like I was involved in recognizing the problems and solutions. The dentist I met was engaging and spent time reviewing the information the hygienist had gathered and again discussed what needed to be done and outcomes. He answered all my questions without me even having to ask. The whole appointment took about an hour and half but itcertainly did not feel that long. I felt very comfortable with the plan and I have scheduled my follow-up appointments. I would recommend this establishment to my closest friends and family.

I was a little nervous finding a new dentist since moving to the area two years ago and I am so thankful I ended up here. From the first phone call with the receptionist, to seeing the hygienist and the doctor, to the final checkout the whole experience was AMAZING. The staff has an uncanny way of developing rapport that I have not encountered at any medical/dental office in the past. They made me feel like the most important patient being seen that day and this was only my first visit! I know I had a little catch-up work to be done in my mouth however the staff and doctor presented the treatment in a thorough, constructive, and reassuring way. The dentist showed me my xrays and photos to better help me understand what needed to be done and how to prevent other issues from reoccurring. It was refreshing to have a doctor sit with me and take time to explain in layman's terms what they were seeing and the reasoning behind the recommendations. I felt like I was personally involved in the decision making process for the plan. Recently, I was seen for my six month check-up. She is such a lovely woman! NEVER is she pushy! Nor does she throw you a dental plan sales pitch! Dr. Munowitz is not only kind, but rather knowledgeable and truly is compassionate about her holistic approach to dentistry. She uses purified water in her practice and no toxic chemicals are EVER used. No fluoride! No mercury! Unfortunately, she is not covered under all dental insurance plans, you will have to call her practice for those details. If you must pay out of pocket it would be totally worth your while!

It was the best…read moredental experience I've ever had, but her front desk kept making mistake after mistake, so I stopped going there. Years later, I decided to try again because my son really needs a holistic dentist. Made appointments for both of us 6 months ago only to be told two days before that there were no appointments made. I even called back a few weeks after making the appointments to confirm and ask if I needed to fill out any paperwork only for her to confirm the appointments. This is the same problem I had years ago. Obviously the same person is working the front desk. I hope Dr. Munowitz reads this and knows she is losing patients due to this person's incompetence. It's really sad, because I would love to have continued to go there.
