Mark Sloan does not know what he is doing when installing sprinkler systems but he's a really good…read moresalesman. In designing a 3 zone system, he connected 16 pop up sprinkler heads to zone 2 so the water pressure at the last 1/3 of that zone would not properly pop up the sprinkler heads. On zone 3 he connected 14 sprinkler heads and most of them travelled uphill so the water pressure over 1/3 of that zone didn't fully pop up the sprinkler heads. His answer was to install a very expensive booster pump; still not enough pressure to pop up all the sprinkler heads on either zone 2 or 3. Zone 1 had 8 sprinkler heads and operates correctly. I asked for a separate zone dedicated to our landscape beds. Mark didn't incorporate my desires in his wacky design. The sprinkler system should have had at least 4 zones and possibly 5 zones with a dedicated landscape zone. I would not recommend Mark Sloan to do any landscape work.
