After finding out he had been calling the wrong number i guess he decided to take another look at the system (remember one person had already been out and given me quotes for his company). He then proceeded to tell me he would need to re work the quote and would have to send it to me that afternoon. As evening approached i had received nothing from Phillip so i called and told them things had changed and i would not be needing their services. Not fifteen min later the original person that sent me the first quote called me and said they they wouldn't be able to help me with replacing our units. thought it was kinda funny since i had already told them i weren't going to be using them.
