Based on my experience, I was dissatisfied and have since pursued the matter through the Florida Bar's fee arbitration and complaint process. * Rule 4-1.16(d): Lawyer must return unearned fees and promptly refund any advance payment of fee that has not been earned. * Rule 4-1.4 (Communication): Requires reasonable communication with client. * Rule 4-8.4(c) & (d): Prohibits dishonesty, fraud, misrepresentation, and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
