I've experienced inappropriate and harmful behavior from this firm. I'm aware the firm has on at least two separate occasions provided monetary incentives to employees for them to have their friends and family leave positive google reviews. Making it tough to trust what's real and what's bought for advertisement. Both of these things are extremely ethically questionable and I am in the process of submitting these complaints against Darryl Kogan to the bar, but I feel honor bound to let potential clients and/or employees know about this firm. If you're searching for a personal injury lawyer than you've probably had a pretty bad day/week/month and need someone you can trust. In my opinion, this firm isn't it. Ethics, transparency, and integrity still matter and unfortunately, I don't think this firm lives up to, even if they used to.

After I answered all of the questions, he told me it would take about 2 weeks for him to get me a draft of everything. Well, it's less than a week and I have it all. He also sent along a thorough Q and A sheet about what I was reading. I do have some questions and was told to call the office once I have my list and someone would spend the time with me to explain so that I am comfortable with everything. Unfortunately, this year I have had to deal with two other lawyers and neither was as kind or as thorough. I felt very welcomed in his office and the staff is very friendly. As for price - - his prices are very fair. I'm glad I found him.

In 2020, I had an appt with Mr. Schwartz, this time it was with a young lady. It took about 30 minutes. I was leaving town beginning of May, and called to ask if I could come in and sign the documents before leaving. No same day appt, ok, but they had nothing available in the Boynton Beach office the next week, so I told them I was leaving town for my NC home, and would have them sent there, and get them notorized in NC. They never arrived after a month, and they called today to say they had received them back beacause they sent them to my Boynton Beach address! Seems like nobody cared much after they got my $450. Very bad experience, as it seemed nobody listened to why I was having them sent or where they should be sent. Good bye to this lawyer's office!
