The Kerr's are very likeable and demonstrated an honest, hard working "Good-Ol' Southern" charm. After I had my trailer back home for a month, I experienced some issues with the Wench. The Kerr team went above and beyond to assist me in swapping out to a bigger Wench from the product manufacturer.
