Dr. Kerr is such a PHENOMENAL doctor. I have been seeing her since I was around 8 years old, so that makes me a patient of 20 years now. I have moved away to other states briefly, and as soon as I move back, I ALWAYS go back to Dr. Kerr. He is kind, compassionate, and caring. I have never met another doctor like her. I'd always get upset when I moved away, because I couldn't find anyone that could provide quality care like she always has. I love her so much because with her, I feel like I'm "not just another patient." I feel like she knows me, she knows my history, she cares to listen and she always remembers every one of her patients. She listens to every single one of my concerns, and allows me to express those concerns without interruption. She has always offered multiple solutions to my problems, and let me be the one to choose what I feel is best for my own body. All doctors should be this way, because after all, nobody knows their own body better than themselves! Dr. Kerr has practiced for decades, and is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and very hands on when it comes to getting you the treatment you need and deserve. She will not stop working for you until she finds a solution. She is a fantastic, one of a kind physician, and the only thing I dread is the day that she retires! I have NEVER had a negative experience with her, EVER. (Ok maybe when I was 8 and had my blood drawn for the first time, but they still made me very comfortable and managed to stick me! Haha.) With that all being said, not only do I see her as my doctor STILL, my entire family does as well. My husband, my 8 year old son, my mom, my brother, dad, stepfather, and now my cousin. We will all say the same thing. Her and her office staff all ROCK. They are on top of prescription refills and appointments. They are always there when you need them. As I said above, you will NEVER find anyone else like her. She's a small town doctor, and she is highly skilled in her expertise. I wouldn't want to see anyone else, and have never felt right seeing anyone else. She is someone you CAN talk to about anything, without the fear of being judged. We all love her and her team so much, so I wanted to come on here and say a huge THANK YOU to them all for everything that they've done for us over the years. Every time we walk in, it's always a familiar face that never changes. The staff has been there for just as long it feels like, and nothing changes. The environment is consistent and comfortable. That's what every patient needs and deserves. They definitely deliver top quality care. Hands down, the absolute best I've ever seen! read more
