Upon looking at our mower, they told us it would be best to not even go through the trouble of a diagnostic test...it simply would not be worth their time and OUR money. How freaking honest was that? You never get that anywhere else I have been. Upon realizing we needed to replace our old mower, the owner suggested buying a used one from them that they had in stock. It was the perfect replacement for us, and we felt good about purchasing from people who actually work on mowers. I am proud of this small business and I suggest anyone who has issues with mowers or snow blowers, please give them a visit. They will not try to upsale you or give you bad advice, just to make a buck. If YELP gave 10 stars, I would gladly give it to them. I was told they could not find the driver - then told they would send someone else. The dispatcher quit answering my calls (had caller id). Eventually told the "new" driver would be there in 45 min - he was on the road - he arrived just over an hour and 15 min later. He didn't want to move my furniture - told me I needed to do it - I asked him to leave. So then he moved furniture - could not move most of it back as he did not have the "tabs" needed to put under the furniture - banged into my verticals, banged my walls profusely.
