She always makes problems feel smaller and makes everything understandable and simple. She almost always answers the phone, but if she doesn't, she totally calls you back right away. Elizabeth helped me when I leased a new car, bought a house, had a tree fall on my car, moved to Denver, rented out my house, moved back to Fort Worth... When I was in a little fender-bender I immediately called Elizabeth and asked her to please email me my latest car insurance information, since I had forgotten to put a renewed hard copy in my car (I know I'm sorry). Elizabeth sent it over right away, which really helped me out! She also walked me through the whole "car accident" thing, what to do and expect. She's really made me feel taken care of during some stressful times in my life, which is pretty cool. I'm very grateful for it. As far as I'm concerned, State Farm has affordable policy prices, notably stellar customer service, and handles all my issues (thus far!) with ease. So far so good!

This happened on 07/19/2026 around 3:15, and between 3:19pm at 9150 N Tarrant Pkwy,North Richland Hills,TX 76183.The biker drove away from the scene.That is a hit and run, by Texas, State law and it is against the law to hit a person and run away.I did call NRH Police Department and they came out and I pressed charges on the person if they ever find him.I was on the phone talking to 911 ,the person is a Caucasian man guessing about 20 or little older.The number on his motorbike On the windshield was 701. He had on all black biker clothes. He was wearing Motorcycle gloves with allies, steel protection balls on them.I could not get his license plate. State Fram Insurance tells me that it is not a hit and run. Vandalism because the person was mad when he did it. I have never in my life seen this person. I am 100% disabled American senior man. The Insurance company want us to pay for thier policy ,but they are quick to be a professional bully to us and refuse to fix our vehicles.

At one time we had 10+ policies with State Farm until a botched roof claim caused us to cancel all but 3 policies. Against my better judgment, we left our business policy with Mark's office.
