This means they will find trivial reasons to cancel or not renew. And then you discover that no one else wants to insure you because they are over exposed. This was what I was facing a few months ago - and is where Eric comes in. Eric was amazingly patient with me, reassuring me that he would find me coverage. All the while letting me know when other options would come available and when sadly most of them would decline to insure me. But in the end he came through with a policy that was not too much more than I was previously paying (he also got my coverage upped a bit af the previous policy was about 15 years old and prices have risen since then.
