Finesse did 2 of our floors last fall and one of the products did not match the sample. It was the correct floor, but the manufacturer slightly changed the product and did not update the sample. The floors looked great and they did a fantastic job installing, it just was not what we truly had wanted (darker and slightly different in pattern). When could not find something we liked within that line, Mike fought to get them to pay for a different manufacturer. Mike went to bat for us and Stephanie helped us find a better option.
