Thankfully she saw the charge right before she started her second session and when she asked, Mike said yea you're out of network then asked if she still wanted to do today's session!!! Above all this, they charged her $25 because she cancelled her appointment first thing in the morning yesterday (when her appt wasn't until 4pm) because she had to go to the hospital for a test that her doctor needed her to complete! They said it was in the contract she signed but I guess they can make mistakes but their poor clients can't..if you're thinking of being a patient here..beware!!

I met with the receptionist and she was a sweet woman and I met with Dr Shraddha and she was very welcoming and asked questions about why i was there and gave me information about the reasons of attending pt especially being postpartum which i appreciated because i didn't know how important it was to go. I did tear when i was in labor and i was in pain because of it and she has given me exercises to do and has guided me during my appointments to strengthen my pelvic floor and help with my tear.
