They keep the lines of communication open to ensure that everyone is always on the same page and that your child is getting the best treatment possible. Every single person that our son has worked with at this center has been so sweet, attentive and most of all encouraging. Cassandra and Bethany are the sweetest people who are always just so understanding and attentive to all your child's needs, strengths and accomplishments. They notice even the smallest gains and achievements and work to put together a plan that will work best specifically for your child. Although we haven't been able to access the inside of the location much at all since the pandemic started (only to ensure the most sanitary conditions for all the kids at the center), we know the center itself is super clean and well taken care of inside. Ms.Maura is an amazing teacher/director for the day program and is super knowledgeable on what works best for the kids here. She has extensive experience working with children on the spectrum and with any social/developmental delays and is such a sweetheart. She always comes up with the cutest projects and themes for the kids to focus on every week and tracks their progress thoroughly. She gets to know each of the kids individually and is a wonderful asset to this place. I have consistently recommended this place to people and will continue to do so, as this has been such a blessing for our family to have come across. My son has been coming here since he turned 2 yrs old for speech therapy, and he's improved so much. He loves Nicole, who he's been working with since the beginning (Anissa did his eval). Nicole always takes the time to inform me about what they are working on, and she sticks to the curriculum even when he's being resistant. My one criticism is that the woman at the front seems a little overwhelmed, and the office is a tad disorganized (they didn't forward the paperwork they received from his initial eval to Anissa at our first visit). Not unusual and the pros far outweigh any cons. It's not crowded, and the therapists really know what they're doing. I highly recommend this place.

For the longest time he would only eat one type of cracker and drink milk. We truly thought we had tried everything , we even did feeding therapy at home and drove all the way to New York for therapy, but nothing seemed to work. At first, our son started with once-a-week feeding therapy with Miss Nicole, who is very kind. She was the one who recommended that we try the intensive feeding program they offer, and we're so grateful that we followed her advice. Since starting the program, everything began to change. Within just a few weeks, they were able to help him start tasting juices, and in less than a month he began eating purées with a variety of flavors. The progress has already exceeded our expectations, and he continues to improve. We are incredibly grateful to Miss Shuba, who is always on top of everything for our son, and to Miss Lori, who is very approachable and supportive. Both of them monitor our son closely and respond to concerns right away, even at night or on weekends. Thank you also to Mr. Jorge, an incredible BT whom our son really likes. He is very kind and spends so much time teaching, guiding, and feeding our son while Miss Shuba closely monitors the process. And to Miss Sammy, a wonderful OT, our son is always excited for his sessions with her. All the staff are very welcoming and supportive.
