This review is not one of those. This one is FIVE STARS, capital letters, no concessions. Dr. Wooddy, his staff, and their dental business is one of the sure things in my life! I've been going there twice a year (in a good year...more if my teeth aren't acting right!), for 14 years, and haven't once ever had anything less than an outstanding, pain-free, friendly, stellar experience! Dr. Wooddy is, without a doubt, one of the three nicest people I've met in my entire life. My teeth have been worked on by five or six hygienists over the years, and all of them have been extremely kind, gentle on the teeth and gums, and fun to chat with (to the extent one can with a mouth full of hands and tools). They always call to remind me of upcoming appointments, work with me on payment terms and insurance, and make sure I'm equipped with all the latest information on modern dental hygiene. His work is great, and as close to pain-free as you'll find, and that's really saying a lot because this guy gave me a root canal and I barely felt a thing. I've had a lot of work done by Dr. Roedemeier (root canal, 2 crowns, multiple fillings, cosmetic bonding) and I've been really happy with all of it. He also referred me to 2 fantastic oral surgeons. One who removed my wisdom teeth, and the other who did tissue grafting surgery on my gums. Both surgeons were awesome, and I was grateful that he knew of such good doctors to send me to. Bottom line, Dr. Roedemeier is a really great dentist... and after my most recent L.A. dental nightmare, I'm seriously thinking of just flying back to KC to have my dental work done from now on.
