Her office was closed when we attempted to contact her following that and we were never provided a direct number to reach her at (weird). She later blew this off without so much as a care in the world. It became very obvious, very quickly that her clients, reputation or promises made were of little to no importance to her, she apparently has other things to do. If she cannot be trusted to do simple things she said she would do - at the start of a client/agent relationship, then what else is left to trust...
