We reached out to Sharli Arntzen for a +/- $600k home purchase in Ketchikan, AK based on a co-workers recommendation. Literally everything Sharli promised or even stated she would do, she completely failed to do, this included basic contacts, emails, info, etc., including a conference call with my wife & I, were we both took time off work and totally re-arranged our day and waited hrs for a call that never came - A call that she herself scheduled with us, the day prior! Her office was closed when we attempted to contact her following that and we were never provided a direct number to reach her at (weird). She later blew this off without so much as a care in the world. It became very obvious, very quickly that her clients, reputation or promises made were of little to no importance to her, she apparently has other things to do. Chirag knowingly withheld from the sellers the letter of loan denial from my financial institution that was no fault of mine but due to the condo not being warrantable and therefore not eligible for conventional financing. Instead of submitting a termination immediately, he let me know 3 days later that he had not notified the sellers yet. This is not okay and it looks like it is affecting my ability to get the earnest money deposit back. read more
