I was injured several years ago and my insurance situation is a little weird between workers comp and my regular insurance. The clinic doesn't take Fed WC which is fine. So I double checked with my insurance, Fed WC, and a Fed WC lawyer, all of which said that if the clinic did not take WC all they needed to do was call a number to my regular insurance and get preapproval from them. It was that simple. Instead, they flat out refused and said I needed to close my WC case if I wanted to go there. Which, if you know anything about WC is extremely difficult and also, a bit dangerous in case my insurance decides all of a sudden it's a preexisting condition and they're not going to cover it all after the fact. Then I'm screwed. I would not recommend this office. They are not friendly. They are not helpful. And clearly they know very little about people with chronic pain and depression even though that's one of the things they're claiming to treat. Would not recommend.
