In that time, I've had the opportunity to work with a few of the PTs there and have had great experiences the ENTIRE way through. They work on a rotational basis so you might have two appointments per week and work with different folks both times... I enjoy this as you get a little something different from everyone BUT as it's open gym floor plan, they all collaborate and are attentive, seeing your progress no matter who you are scheduled to work with. I still have a bit of a road ahead but feel like I'm seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. TBH, I'm torn emotionally because these folks have been a huge part of my mental and emotional well-being as much as they have helped me physically. I'm actually motivated to go see them after a rough day at home or work because they are so much fun to work with. Don't think it's all fun & games because you do have to WORK and sometimes that's not entirely easy, but they all will help to find a way to push/stretch you SAFELY and ensure your progress is continuous. I hate that this happened and still replay that moment in my mind over and over but meeting Kevin, Jessica, Kasey and all of the very, very kind admin staff has been a highlight of this complete situation. Last - over the course of the last several months, I've heard SEVERAL conversations about continuing education and upskilling, including dry needling which I feel has helped me gain additional relief.
