She is the first person either on the phone or face to face that you encounter when going to the practice. She called me on Tuesday 1225pm, after my dentures had been dropped off to office at 1030am. She called not to tell me to come pick up the body part made SPECIFICALLY for me, mouth. No she called me to taunt and harass me that it wld need to be a discussion between them and my counselor regarding how I acted and I was ungrateful/ yea this demented psychopath called me to taunt harass reprimand chastise me while saying lies. The 5 visits I had never had an issue I said what I wanted and what I didn't which is my right I'm the one wearing them. And then when I was told by the dentist they'd be ready that following Wed 9/20. I was asking him due to an upcoming event with myself my children my partner that we had pushed back because of the dental treatment and awaiting the outcome. When I called while stating what I was told she began to get smart and irritated of me asking so I hung up on her I wasn't gonna continue trying to talk to her smart demeaning self. From that when I called the lab and the nice gentleman informed me that they dropped off my case, the dentures and my personal top denture off to the office at 1030am. But again the psychopath never called to tell me that she called to taunt me. I called the Wilmington police aa a civil matter asked them for assistance because the dental office was refusing to give me, the patient, my made for me body part. The officer was in awe and they LIED to the officer and told him the department of labor Voc Rehabilitation had cancelled IT. Cancelled what after I've had this treatment extractions and now the finished product what was cancelled? It was a LIE their psychopath receptionist and whomever else in that office blatantly LIED. And the dentist office had already been paid for the authorization for the treatment and product for me This matter is disgusting to say the least, a professional dentist Dr, Daniels employs such a demented evil unprofessional LIAR. So the police officer said ma'am I'm sorry but you need to escalate this matter especially since they had been paid. And that's exactly what I did the following day. From the governors office to the leadership of the agency that sends patients there , the board of professional regulation the question was asked, what in the world is wrong with them refusing to give a patient their pad for body part made especially for them? I wait she knew how important what they meant to me and because she thinks she runs something maybe at the front desk she does, she means nothing at all to me Don't like me oh well, could care less. Then said when she called to taunt me that I was a problem every visit, well the video on my phone of each visit says that's a lie. And If I was then why did the dentist continue treatment then? Why did she fake speak and say goodbye with my name at each visit? Something I should be so excited about I am not and because of this fiasco, when my husband called asked if he could pick them up, she told him NO, bc I was ungrateful. This psychopath really taunted and withheld my dentures because she could. So if anyone reading this is considering there proceed with caution. I find it interesting that the google and YELP reviews with low ratings all have in common "the rude light brown" lady at the front desk. Some reviews go back 2 years, so nearly 8,9 different patients said the same thing, need I say more.

He is thorough, his knowledge is consummate (there is absolutely no one more able or skilled in his field), and he is efficient and effective. I needed three bone grafts, and one graft was almost impossible to place because of its location and size; Dr. Whytosek placed the graft, and placed it well. His anesthesiology team was kind and gentle, and performed exceedingly well with no complications or side effects. His staff are all kind and polite and supportive, and are a pleasure to interact with on every level. It is obvious that Dr. Whytosek works diligently to achieve his professional successes, and takes great pride in caring for his patients, and his business. 10/10 absolutely recommend!

I am still walking around without a tooth, and they charged my insurance for completing this work! The office did not answer my email either, regarding billing. I asked for a refund for the part of the claim they charged my insurance, but they did not complete. They still have my tooth but charged my insurance for installing it in my mouth. Well, it is not in my mouth! Ciara is very rude and unhelpful and did not call me back after the front desk said she will check on coverage and let me know. She continues to insist the dentist is a PPO delta dental preferred provider even though he is not. Their website also advertises this. No one answered my email either. It is quite unbelievable that they charged my insurance for installing a crown, and I still have a missing tooth. They did not call me or email me back or contact me back in any way. Very dishonest. Be warned! All I asked was to be issued a refund for the portion that the insurance paid them for, but they did not yet complete. The staff was very friendly toward me and the office was very clean. The hours are convenient too! After my routine checkup, we found a few issues that will need to be followed up with some fillings and one root canal. We scheduled the work to be done over the course of the summer. The office staff was very helpful in helping me figure out my insurance benefits and getting the work pre-authorized for me. I am looking forward to continuing working with Dr. Harmon and his staff. It is not every day that you find such a welcoming and helpful environment. I will be recommending Dr. Harmon's office to my friends and family.
