We were just there last week with a new hygienist, there was some apprehension and requests for me to ask to have Heather clean their teeth but afterwards the talk was of how nice (Sara???) was. ( I wish I could remember names). Marni has always been so kind to schedule our families appointments together to make it easier for us. We don't see Dr Lambert or the dental assistants much but when we do they are always kind and help to put our minds at ease while working on our teeth. most of their staff have been there for many years and for me that's says a lot about a dental office!

My son had a dental emergency on Christmas Eve and I wasn't able to get him into any dental provider. We tried a few other places and no other businesses provided the home-like comforting experience this Business provided. The assistant has been working there for over 35 years and she was able to comfort me and share with me personal stories and connect to me as a person. The dentist was very agreeable, personable and informed and was very open to discussing the needs of my whole family. I felt so comforted to know that if I had another emergency in the future they would be able to take care of my entire family. It feels good to have a dentist that will be able to meet all of our needs. With a family of five and twin boys it feels so good to have such a wonderful experience!!!

Then they said, based on the X-ray they have, I need to have my tooth extracted. My old dentist could have done that a month ago! When I told him to go ahead and extract it, he said not without an X-Ray. I went to my old Dentist who said Mint has a reputation for extracting as much money as possible. The phone call today was an offer from her and the office staff to come to my house to help me get caught up! I am so unbelievably touched by the offer and the caring shown by everyone there. They had discussed it with Dr. Funk and he approved. I'm honored to know all of these wonderful people. What other dental office would do anything like this?! Their kindness will never be forgotten.

Have to get x-rays. Understandable. Have to get teeth cleaned first. Not understandable. Severe pain after numbness wore off. No pain meds for the pain. No antibiotic given.Three weeks of suffering major. Thought my jaw was broke. Called back in between. Rude rude rude. No follow up call from them after extraction. Almost two months after pain still there. Mouth is fully infected. Had to go to the emergency room. Put on antibiotics. Said tooth looks really bad. Needs to come out. Apparently the wrong tooth was pulled. That's OK practice makes perfect. Let's hope. 6 IBUPROFEN 800 a day. 12 tylenol a day. Just to be able to function. I hope I have a liver left.

Will never do business or trust Scholes with the health of a family member again…read more Scholes not only misdiagnosed my son but then it took months to finally reach their billing department, to be told they charge for their services no matter if they are right or wrong. Details below. We took my son in the Scholes to figure out what the strange bumps he had randomly been getting were. We ended up having 2 different appointments with them. At the first appointment we were told that our son had an auto immune condition and we're prescribed medication to use. When that didn't work at all we went back in for a follow-up and were told to change all the soaps etc in our house that he comes in contact with to hypoallergenic, this also did nothing to help. We ended up taking him to Idaho Skin Institute for a second opinion. Idaho Skin Institute was confident from the start that he was being bit from some sort of insect. With the two vastly different opinions we opted to have a biopsy done on one of the bumps to be sure. The biopsy confirmed it was in fact an insect bite. After months of pain and discomfort we were able to finally get him relief. After 4 months of calling and leaving messages for Scholes billing department, I was finally able to talk to someone today. The lady I spoke with was very polite as was I. I informed her about my son being misdiagnosed and offered the proof. I explained that I didn't feel it was right for them to charge me when they misdiagnosed my son twice. The lady explained that he was still seen and they charge for their services no matter what. I told her that it seemed unmoral to charge someone for a service that was preformed wrong. I explained that I'm a mechanic and couldn't imagine charging a customer for parts and services that I misdiagnosed. I further explained that everyone makes mistakes and I hadn't done a negative review on this for that reason. If the 62.29 they were charging me needed to be paid, that was a choice not a mistake. The fact that 62.29 ment more to Scholes than doing the right thing said all I needed to know about this business. If you are looking for a dermatologist that cares about you, your family or simply doing the right thing, more than money.... This isn't the place to go.
