However, I told the agent "Dan" that the 2003 Honda was the commute car and the 2015 BMW 750 was the pleasure car. "Dan" decided to make the BMW the commute car which triggered an higher rate as that car is obviously more expensive. Upon telling "Dan" this he refused to correct and compensate their willful lack of integrity. As a matter of fact I requested to speak to the owner and he was too busy to bother to talk to me. All "Dan" did was say that every protocol was followed. However, "Dan" refused to say why he intentionally chose the more expensive car as the commuter. I will be canceling both Auto and Homeowners with this company. No INTEGRITY AND NO BUSINESS ETHICS. STAY AWAY AND DON'T ALLOW THEIR LACK OF MORALS IMPACT ANYONE ELSE!!!
