They failed to correct an error documented with email that created a 40 day delay in an insurance claim and when pressed to help correct they state they are following protocol to not help in an active claim. Net Result. After 17k in policy premiums a 14k loss wasn't covered. The only insurance that I would entrust them with is insuring you will be worse off for meeting them. I hope they respond so I can post pictures off their antics.
