I went to look at one of Kevin's listings today, 3172 Lucinda lane. When I walked into the house, he made eye contact with me, and instead of greeting me, he quickly looked away. Strange. As I walked through the house, he made eye contact with me a second time, and again quickly looked away without acknowledging me. While I was perusing the house, another woman came in, and he quickly greeted her and energetically spoke with her for several minutes. The only explanation I can imagine for his behavior is that he was judging me by the way I look (shaved head, no high heels or lipstick, unlike the other woman who came to see the house), or didn't think I was attractive enough to acknowledge. This is incredibly bizarre behavior for an agent who is trying to sell a home. I am looking to buy in the San roque area, and will absolutely never consider any home he is representing. Every prospective buyer should be welcomed into the home, acknowledged, and treated with respect. Clearly Kevin doesn't agree. read more
