There is an employee named Jennifer that works for Amy Bowman...she hung up on me this afternoon…read more When I asked about reimbursement for a flat tire that has to be patched she said if AAA had the tire changed/removed for me that State Farm would not pay for the patching costs when I take the tire. I questioned this and said "oh I guess I can get a hot tub (commercial) but can't get a tire patched when I'm paying for emergency road service. In calling back, Amy Bowman had already been filled in by Jennifer and although she said I would be reimbursed she was nonchalant, unconcerned about my claims about Jennifer and pretty much encouraged me to take my business elsewhere. Accounting firms have lots of clients, some of these clients have been with the firm for many, many years, and tax preparers are already working on these returns as the tax deadline approaches. This other reviewer apparently thinks that by bringing his return in a month before the filing deadline, that his return should be given priority over everyone else's who had their info in months before him. Good firms are busy...don't wait until March to get your information in to any tax preparer if you are in a big hurry.
