I did not personally hire Marty, he was hired to photograph the dancers at the studio my daughter…read morewas enrolled in. At the time I was supposed to receive the photographs hers were nowhere to be found, ok, maybe it was an oversight. I contacted him and he took a while to get back to me, again, fair enough. When he did get back to me I was met with a very defensive attitude, no reassurance whatsoever. Again, I wanted my photos so I helped as much as I could, gave him a lot of information but I had to chase him for a response. His response left a lot to be desired, he was super rude, and I of course expressed how disappointed I was and started to give the same energy. I asked if he had a studio where he could photograph my daughter since the photos were paid for but ultimately settled for a group photo. He repeated over and over again how he did not receive the order form and how my daughter didn't turn it in, she's FOUR and he knows she had to be around that age. I turned it in to whoever the woman was receiving them. It is NOT my fault that Marty misplaced my order form and did not photograph my daughter when that same woman told him I wanted her photographed. If he did not have time to photograph her, was out of memory, or whatever the case was, he could have told me. It's not about the money, it's the principal. I will NEVER hire Marty myself, I do not like his attitude, service, or even his work, I only bought it to have the memory of my daughter's dance season. If I could give zero stars I would.
