It was a Perigold fabric and they didn't mention forseeing any problems with it when I dropped the chairs off. They said they had been in business, I believe, 30 years. I am surprised that they even allowed these chairs to leave the premises but I guess they would try to pass them off on me if I would accept them. I said I would like my money back-the amount I paid to have them uphols and the cost of my fabric. This is when it got ugly and Emily, who runs the office, used the "F" word while speaking to me. I told her how unprofessional that was and all I was asking was for them to "make me whole financially". She seemed to be unable to do basic math as it was very simple, what I had paid and what I was owed. That said, those chose to only partially reimburse me. Then she said they had 1/2 of the fabric leftover (approximately 7 yards). When I arrived, I was very emotional, I had it not expected the service to be quite as much as I was quoted. I apologized for wasting their time and it was heading to leave.. the mother and son were both very nice. The son followed me out to say they could adjust the price for me. I was able to get my cushions done and they did a beautiful job in a short period of time. I would highly recommend them , they truly seem like people who want to please. And in my case, also showed compassion.

They came out and gave me a quote and told me that the job was difficult, it would take all day, and require someone with a special expertise in this type of work. I was promised the job would come out perfect and the door would look like new. They charged me a thousand dollars. On the day the repair man came, he showed up very late. He once again told me the job was difficult, would take all day, would probably go into the next day but, that it would come out prefect in the end. He then left for home depot to get tools as he did not show up with the right equipment, even after they came out to see the job several days before hand. Well, he worked on the job for a few hours, and then stated that that was the best he could do, although the door looks much better it is by no means perfect and still shows signs of a dent. In total for a thousand dollars these people made about 350 and hour, and left me with much less then what they promised. To make more money they pumped up that the job was difficult and would take an expert and time but it would be perfect. What they delivered was much less then perfect and no where near worth a thousand dollars. I was conned into a price by being told the job was tough, required and expert, and would take all day if not two. What I got was a handy man in a pick up truck who did not have the proper equipment to fix the job and was by no means an expert in the field. Me or anyone I know will never hire them again, you just as easily could get a handyman and the job would be much much cheaper. As a matter of fact what I got was a handyman who claimed to be an expert to get the price higher. I paid for an expert but got much less. They are the perfect example of the saying " a jack of all trades a master of none".
