They were extremely easy to work with in the phone and did well to be on time and gave me 1 1/2 hour notice before arriving on the day of pick up. They paid me the agreed upon price in cash (did not attempt to bring the price down like some companies do). I have not visited the junkyard but would recommend having them tow/buy a vehicle.

That's when the guy said "get auto pay", When I said I don't plan to be here that long he said "we're not a finance company" and then said he wouldn't give me the combo unless I "calmed down". I was not raising my voice or using any bad language ,, just saying it's unreasonable not to allow early payment and then have such big immediate consequences for being a day or two late. The guy literally would not give me the combination and said I could come back tomorrow. even though I have paid my monthly fee AND the extra $30. guy does not like any back talk from a female.

The owner blamed us for the damage! I had to calm my wife down while dealing with him dodging the responsibility of his employees and blaming us. He unreasonably offered us $750 after a bunch of back and forth. We got a quote of over $3,500 to repair the floor!!!! Oh but wait!!!! Our floor is discontinued!! What started out as getting help has turned into a damn nightmare. We are taking this problem causing company to small claims court. We are going to be seeking all of our flooring to be replaced since there aren't enough pieces to repair. I'd hate to see how they put in furnaces or AC units if they can't even handle a cleaning job. Would not hire this company or this guy for anything! STAY AWAY!
