If I had not taken it out of the bag and put it up mold and mildew would have developed. For the price charged to wash large comforters, this was not ideal for me. I would rather have come in and do it myself as I've done before. If you're going to charge large fees on drop offs, please make sure they are thoroughly dried before stating to the customer that they are done. Other than that, the laundromat is nice and kept clean.

I don't remember how much it was here the first time I came months ago, but I know it wasn't $5 a wash, which is what it is now. The smaller washers are super tiny and cost $3.25 a wash. That's insane. Right now I'm sitting in my car while my things wash because it's so stuffy and warm in there I was sweating just standing there. I'm not sure about vending or the bathroom or even the dryer cost right now, but just the wash prices alone are enough to keep me from coming back. Oh, and the washer I chose to use I had to insert almost every one of the 20 quarters multiple times because they'd either get stuck, and I'd have to smack the machine to get them to come back out, or they'd just come back out on their own. Very few actually went in the first time. Lastly, one washer was full of what looked like washed paper balls that had shredded in the wash, and they were all over the floor in front of it. Whoever did it didn't care to clean up the mess they made. I'm not surprised. EDIT: I just switched to the dryers. When I put my wife's load in, that dryer had no issues with the quarters, but mine had the same issue with inserting them as my washer. The upside is, you get 8 minutes per quarter. There's one drink vending machine and it's $.75 for a can of soda, but the entire thing is sold out.

I had 2 items that were recently purchased come out with gray char and over the last few weeks I've noticed that several of my soft plush pieces of clothes now have rough textures in certain areas. That is my major complaint. I'm so irritated about the dryers. There should be a sign on them to not use the high setting. I would never return to this laundromat. I much prefer Caribbean Clean.

The young lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. She showed me where to purchase a WaveMax Laundry card, how to operate the washer, the dryer, and their settings. She had pointed to a machine which sanitized the water which was used in the washing process. I washed a large load and it only took 21 minutes. Drying was even quicker, as long as you have it on the right setting. My clothes came out clean, sanitized, and (eventually) dry. Unfortunately, I did not take advantage of the free wifi or the snack machine. They do offer detergent, fabric softeners and dryer sheets for a price. The dryer sheets came in handy, because it was the one item I had forgotten. WaveMax Laundry is what a future-focused laundromat should be, in my opinion. There were also a few (ancient) arcade games, and a couple of vending machines if you were desperate. However, since this place was in the same lot as Subway and near Taco Bell and Arby's, I don't think the desperate would turn these machines for their sustenance.
