Since the tree was on my side of the fence I asked the 'climber' to try to get all of its parts to fall my way and not bother my neighbor with a cleanup. I had to contact him to ask what happened. Only then was I told it would be a couple of days later. Arrived two hours later than scheduled, which caused a scheduling issue for me. Installed most of fence and sent me pics since I was not there. Very deceptive. When I asked for a pic of the entire fence, only then did he disclose "oh I have to come back, that piece of the fence did not get done". Less than a month later, my fence has a huge space because it is not PVC material but some cheap piece of plastic. Texted and told him and sent a picture. He said "easy fix, I move the plastic over". What? That will not fix the problem. Very poor workmanship. NOT AT ALL SATISFIED. Will not hire or refer.
