We paid them $7,000 -- a wildly overpriced amount -- but because they did a good job for us in 2022, we trusted them again. That trust was a huge mistake. It is now three months later and my yard is still in complete despair. The owner, Joe, specifically agreed to also remove the stump, and yet it still sits rotting in my backyard. Because of this, weeds have overtaken the space and my family hasn't been able to enjoy our backyard the entire summer. I have called, texted, and left voicemails multiple times. Joe occasionally responds just enough to string me along, then disappears to chase new projects and new customers' money, while completely ignoring the work I already paid him for. His behavior is unprofessional, dishonest, and absolutely disgraceful. At this point, I've contacted officials, and my attorney will be handling this matter moving forward. Save yourself the money, time, and stress -- this company will scam you, waste your summer, and leave your yard in worse condition than before.

10/7/22 Update And now he's a lying psychopath on top of the…read morebad service! He posted a comment that he doesn't like to work with people like me because I don't give him the full payment. BULL***T! Nothing could be futher from the truth. Not only did I pay him every penny (have all the venmo receipts to prove it), but I am the one to had to chase him to catch up. Cleanup was a 2-part job, weeks apart. Rather than paying 50% each time, he asked that when I paid for the first half, that I advance money toward the 2nd half. Then, he didn't want to do the work. His behavior was very erratic the entire time. That combined with desperation for money makes me suspect a drug problem. He would message me and ask when I was going to pay him and I'd have to send him the screen shot reminding him that I paid him when he was here! As for all the sudden 5-star reviews: As of today, there are ones such as someone from Buffalo, NY with 3 reviews. Someone from Spokane, WA who has no other reviews, etc. Bernardo has trouble showing up to Queens (which is where he lives).
