Customer service is fantastic, especially the weekday morning staff. They're always very good about being patient and taking my billion in-store and manufacturers' coupons, ExtraBucks Rewards, sales items, and gift cards, making sure I have given them everything to get a maximum discount. I usually get brand-name products at grocery stores but I've found CVS-brand items are excellent quality. I almost always buy CVS baby wipes, bathroom paper products, health products, and nuts (their flavored almond mixes is our favorite snack!). I've only been to the pharmacy a few times but the times I have interacted with them were good. They're knowledgeable and helped us save money on prescriptions.

As soon as I pulled into town I felt depressed but I pressed on to find the local drugstore. I was expecting something magical like the ice cream shop in lemurs, Iowa but I was severely disappointed. it seemed like a drugstore from the 1990s with no plans on changing. I ordered a cinnamon roll and a coffee. it was fine considering the entire snack cost me two dollars. But the cinnamon roll tasted like something that could've been pulled out of a package at a convenience store and the same goes for the coffee. So if you're driving down I 29 and see signs for stoner drug go ahead and keep on trucking to the next gas station.

Like the other major drugstore in town, this location offers a full-time pharmacist and a drive through. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have a very large selection of beauty and other care products, including over the counter medications. The non-pharmacy section inside is also fantastic. They offer all kinds of beverages, foods, snacks, candy, and non-food items like greeting cards, paper products, and small gifts. I wish it had more of a flower selection for their live flowers. The customer service here is above average as they are quite friendly and helpful. It's a bummer that this place isn't open 24/7, but oh well. For the time that it's open, it is well-deserving of their 4-star rating I'm giving them.

When you would call, you could just hear the "you are interrupting my work" in their voices. I am disabled and get very confused on some of my meds and had to call several times to get things straight (transferred from Hy-vee) and not once did they sound put off by my calls. I really appreciate the customer service there. The ladies are super nice and friendly, and Troy Pharmacist is SUPER nice and patient. Pharmacy drop off staff is rude and unprofessional when answering questions about the product they…read moresell. They won't stand behind the products they sell as a distributor but instead will tell you to talk with the manufacturer. Nor will they replace any product they sell that is defective or give refunds. They have no way of talking with upper management, as in they have an email but I was told by the pharmacy manager it's unmonitored. Basic business works as the pharmacy is the distributor they buy from the manufacturer. If my product is defective or broke I contact the distributor for a replacement or my money back and the distributor contacts the manufacturer about the quality and money recouped. But Roger's will hold no responsibility. Not a very good business practice.

Every prescription I have ever tried to fill with Rogers has been problematic. They even tried to require me to have a prescription for OTC medications so they could jack up the price--charge me the normal price as a co-pay and then bill the overage back to my insurance carrier.
