I have used this company on several previous occasions without any problems previously however after my last experience I will never use them again! In November 2024 I pre-booked taxis to take me to and from a christmas do that I was attending in mid-december. On the site it mentioned that there would be a pre-booking holding charge that would be held and returned on payment of the fare when taking the taxi journey. I paid the fares at the destinations of my taxi journeys having been told that the holding charges would be cancelled by the taxi drivers on receipt of the fares. However on checking my account I realised that the holding charges had already been taken from my bank account and despite several emails and telephone calls it has taken the bank getting involved and until recently for the money to be returned to me in full for the prebooking holding charges.
