I got all of my ceiling fans cleaned, so they are ready to be used! Secondly, Melinda is very prompt at getting back to you and answering your questions. I needed to adjust the time, and had some special requests, but she was more than happy to cater to my needs. She has an awesome personality. Finally - and most importantly, Melinda and her crew get your house CLEAN. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so I'm pretty picky when it comes to paying someone to clean...but they go above and beyond. After sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping, they get to every corner of every room with a brush - literally, a brush. Whatever you catch during the final walk-through that they might've missed (which is barely anything), they fix right away. They use different colored towels for different purposes, so you don't have to worry about a towel that's touched your toilet area touching your countertops. They vacuum under the couch and the couch cushions. They clean all light switches and handles. I can go on and on - let's just say they know what they are doing! I am sure everyone Melinda hires is screened by her high standards, but her crew members Brae and Michael were professional, courteous, and detail-oriented.

Told me they could show up next day around 9am, okay great I will take it. 9:53 am - text them to make sure no issues at gate entrance. Company responds with, we'll be there at 11am. 10:52 am - text them again. Receive text they will arrive in 55 minutes. They arrive at 12:15 - 3.25 hours after agreed upon time. None of this was okay - I directly told the person when setting up this appointment I was making it work with my schedule by them arriving at 9am, 10 at the latest. I did not need next day cleaning but went with it since she was so adament about it. They did not communicate arrival times and I received updated arrival times only as responses to my texted inquiries. Arrival of cleaners: Male and female cleaners arrive, seem very very friendly. I walk them around space, ask them if they need me to move anything for them, and leave so I am not in the way. Cleaning completed: They text me 1.5 hours later to say they are almost finished. I arrive home and they say they are sorry but they broke one of my wine glasses. This was upsetting as wine glasses were a gift from my deceased mom. They offered to pay for replacement. While that was the right thing for them to do, it cannot be replaced. Scanning apartment before they left: cleaning looked okay. Within a couple days after the cleaning: appeared they did not move couches/ottoman to sweep/mop underneath. Large pieces of glass, from broken wine glass, were under furniture. Along with leaves, dust, etc. Top of fridge was covered in dust. The dining room, used as a home office, furniture was dusted but was never moved to clean walls and floors. This was my first time using a cleaning service and I am so disappointed by the experience.

Things like remove stains from garage floor. This isn't something that was needed since the stains were there when I moved in. The garage just needed a sweeping. When I got back to the home, they were on the garage floor scrubbing! I felt so bad and quickly stopped them as this wasn't part of the service. The team (Noelia, her husband, and Neubison) did an excellent job. The house smelled amazing and everything was spotless. They paid attention to the smallest detail. I would definitely use them again. Larissa was great and very communicative. I knew exactly what to expect. She worked with me on the quote and was able to bring it to a place where I could afford. I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. In addition, we needed wash/dry/fold of a large quantity of new bed sheets, bath towels and making up of the beds. Lenora and Herschell were both so wonderful to work with - very personable, professional, punctual and flexible. Lenora is highly organized and and along with Herschell, take personal pride in the work their team performs. We picked a day last Friday evening to be exact and time but of course due to Atlanta traffic EJ was running slightly late BUT called me twice to let me know! EJ showed up we went over everything and I added quite a bit yet EJ had no problem including it and adjusting pricing (added more and still they came in cheaper) then another young man Mark showed up and they got busy! They worked efficiently, quickly and had a smile the whole time! The ONLY thing that didn't come out of our yucky carpet was the wear and tear lol! They did such a better job then zero rez and cintas (we've used both in the 10 years we've been here) because the stains came back with both of those companies....BUT not these guys! So impressed with our carpet and our flooring is so shiny looks like glass! These will be the ONLY people that we ever use! Try them you won't be sorry you did!
