I would like to highly recommend Fresh and Clean for home and commercial cleaning services. Lenora, Herschell and their staff have been great! I found their company through an extensive online search in August 2020, including Yelp, as I had a unique cleaning situation. I work remotely for a company that had an 11k square foot building that required several cleanings in the final weeks as interior renovations were finishing. I also needed a company that was willing to assist unpacking boxes and helping with "house" set-up, putting items away in rooms, cabinets, drawers. I cannot recommend Lenora and her team highly enough. They arrived promptly and set to work thoroughly cleaning the house I was moving into. They don't receive the full 5 stars because they rushed as they tried to leave and missed little drops of dried white paint and spots of dust as well. I had first scheduled Lenora and her team on the day of my closing on a new house. Hours before the closing, there was an unexpected delay. I hated to cancel on her so last minute, but Lenora was very accommodating and professional. I so appreciated her understanding. Finally, days later, I was able to close and I rescheduled the move-in cleaning. As you can imagine, moving into a new home, especially when the process of buying has unexpected delays, is quite frustrating. I feel bad leaving a negative review with so many other positives. Maybe it was a new crew for our "deep clean" before moving in, but they did a poor job. First, after they were "done" I checked the house and there was a layer of dust on top of many of the appliances and doorjabs. Cobwebs still on the ceiling in a few places. Lenora did send someone back the next day to address these issues. Second I specifically asked (and offered to pay for it if this was extra) to clean under the windows but this was not done at all. Third and worst of all the crew was very careless in moving the refrigerators and seriously scratched up the newly redone hardwood floors. This cost me more than the cleaning to repair. Lenora and her team did a fantastic job! I hired them for a move out cleaning and the left the place 100x better than when I moved into it! In just a few hours, they had left the kitchen and bathrooms sparking, and the most impressive part was that a stain that was on the stairs when I moved in was lifted after they shampooed the stairs. ZeroRez couldn't even get that stain out when I had them shampoo the carpets when I moved in! Really happy with their work and they were also budget friendly. Lenora came to deep clean my apartment last Sunday for my upcoming move out and did a phenomenal job. The apartment looks just as good, if not better than when I moved in. Communication was very easy and clear - received a confirmation text earlier in the week leading up to the job, as well as the morning of the cleaning . Lenora showed up with two additional people. They did an excellent job of cleaning our home. I was surprised how well the shower glass and windows were cleaned. She charged us about $325 for a 2110 Square foot home, but it was well worth it. It took them about 4 hours to do the cleaning. Afterwards, Lenora asked us to inspect the house. If I could give Lenora and her team more than five stars, I would. She did a move out clean for my condo before we listed it and it was SPOTLESS after she was done. We had left it a mess and there was also construction debris and dust from work we had done, and after she was done it was cleaner than it had ever been during the three years that we had lived there. We've used a number of cleaners over the years, but she is the only one who's ever managed to get our laminate floors spotless without any stickiness or residue.
