These folks arrived at the exact time they had stated, did a quick walk-through and got right to work. Alex stretched carpet in several areas and his wife repaired doorway seams simultaneously. We had thought we might need new carpet but decided to try Alexander's, just to see. WHAT A FANTASTIC JOB!!! Our carpets looked as good as new and we no longer think it needs to be replaced. Just about anything you want, they've got it! He took a low holding payment and let me pay in a way convenient for me. the installers arrived on time (actually a little early) and got right to work! They ripped the old stuff out, took it outside, got two bedrooms done and then went back to the store for the major area to be done. This was A) they didnt have to cut the carpet outside in the rain B) it allowed us to move furniture WITHIN the house instead of having to take it outside and cover it all up (which i wouldn't have done anyway, waaaay too much work! ) The installers were very nice, talking and letting my kids ask them question after question !!
