I just got off the phone with these folks......after providing me a quote of $700 to replace carpeting in a 12 x 12 room, I heard the guy say "some people are so stupid you just don't want to deal with them......" I think he was commenting on the fact I didn't know the exact size of the room. However, I asked for an estimate based on 12x12.
