She was thorough, flexible with scheduling appointments, and able to solve problems creatively. However the physical therapy assistant I worked with was absolutely awful. He tried to manipulate me a couple different times which I definitely would not put up with!! Within a week I requested my doctor to put in discharge orders and I switched to outpatient PT. I never have to see that manipulating provider again. Thank goodness.

She befriended them right away, and my parents really enjoyed seeing her come and go. Tonja was incredibly conscientious about the food preparation. Was it good enough? What did their favorite things? What could I do better etc. We unfortunately had to move mom and dad into an assisted living. At that point, we really didn't need Tonja's help. It wasn't until the very end when mom and dad started to decline heavily. We decided to see if Tonja could come back and care for them. It was incredibly helpful for them to have her come back easily into their lives. It was comforting for us to know that they were comforted by having her there. Up until they're dying day Tonja was with our parents. She was loving caring, and giving I would recommend her highly to anyone who is luck enough to get her.
