I have been a patient of Dr Norris for several years. He is kind, caring, incredibly intelligent and excellent at what he does. His office staff is a direct reflection of him. Kind and professional. Dr Norris during Covid traveled hundreds of miles to test and help people that weren't even his patients, and never took one cent for his efforts. He shied away from any accolade, quick to say we were all in this together. He recorded a video everyday to guide us and help us through this pandemic with science and caring. Dr Norris is performing his god given duties to humanity. That's not hyperbole, this is his calling. It's in his genes and his DNA. His family suffered greatly during the pandemic because they just never saw him. This is a dedicated and educated man who gives as much to his community as he does to his practice. If what I just typed doesn't explain everything you need to know about this man and his practice I don't know what else to type. Just this...I would walk through fire for this man. read more

Dr. Norris is an extremely caring and expert physician. Do you have to wait sometimes? Perhaps. But that is only because the patient before you somehow had greater needs than anticipated. The next time, it could be me who needs that extra time and care. He is ALWAYS available to his patients. I don't know how you could ask for more. read more

I was a new homeowner in town and needed to establish with a doctor. I waited and hour and 20 minutes before being shown into an exam room. I waited another hour in the exam room. When the doctor came in he was on the phone with a friend trying to set up a golf date with him. He spent the entire time with the phone stuck in his ear and I was desperately trying to interject my medical history but was not being heard. When I got home I realized that I did not have my driver's license and called there to see if it was there. They told me no it was not. I had to get another one which is really a pain in the neck. Six months later I received my license in the mail from this doctor's office. It scares me to think that I might have stayed with him and had something awful happen to me because he cannot focus on business. read more

Doctor Norris and his staff use technology and modern medicine to take a whole health view of me. My general health since beginning to visit Dr Norris 5 years ago as my primary care physician has improved. I have lost weight, I have addressed several other health issues. He works well with the other specialist that I have to visit also. I had such good experience that my wife also uses Dr Norris as her primary physician. read more

I have lived in Key West for nine years, and this man has saved my bacon more than once. I was twice misdiagnosed with pnuemonia in town, but Dr. Norris figured out what was going on. Until I saw him, I was fighting a cold for over 6 months, and as a teacher, that is a most unpleasant experience. I read the other review carefully, and that does not represent a typical experience. I cant speak to Marlenes expieriance, but I went to Key West on vacation, got sick. I went to see him because after a quick online search he seemed like the most educated and expierianced doc on the island. They fit me in fast, he knew exactly what was wrong. Could not have been better or more attentive. If I lived in Key West he would no doubt be my regular doctor. Awesome! read more
