They only performed partial bookkeeping, miscategorized several business expenses without confirming them, and failed to identify standard write-offs, amongst other issues. The quality was so poor that I ultimately decided to stop working with them before they could complete my personal and business tax return. Despite acknowledging the issues and agreeing to a partial refund, they later backtracked and refused to return any of my money. I paid for services I never received, which is theft, dishonest and unethical. This firm is incompetent, unresponsive, and untrustworthy.
