Our flower beds were damaged, paint was left on our plants, and paint was also left on our front porch. The crew also used our garden hose and broke the nozzle without telling us. They eventually replaced it, but the replacement was much lower quality than the one they broke. We contacted the company and provided photos of the problems. We asked for a refund for the power washing or reasonable compensation, but they only offered to come back and redo the work. By that point, we had lost confidence in their work and did not feel comfortable having them come back, so we declined. We have photos documenting the condition of our property after the work. He took a personal interest in our project. We had schedule delays and Kris adjusted. Our flooring specialist needed baseboards painted and Kris accommodated.
